Gracie - Office Manager

As the office manager, I greet our patients, which naturally lets me get to know them. I can answer many questions they may have and am bilingual to help our Spanish speaking patients. The best part of the job is the people, both the patients and the team. I really like seeing the progress each patient makes while in orthodontic treatment. So many of the patients gain self confidence, and in teens that is a great sight to see.

My husband and I have two children. When I'm not in the office, I follow up on my children's school activities and spend time with my family.

Lori - Treatment Coordinator

I have worked in healthcare for the past ten years and have an Associates degree in Science. I joined Dr. Alumbaugh's team in March 2011 and enjoy seeing our patients and their families that we treat each day. My husband and I have one young boy, Hunter. I really enjoy spending time with my son and he keeps me laughing daily with the things he says and does. You can find us at Hunter's baseball games or his mixed martial arts class.

Aida - Clinical Director

I joined Dr. Alumbaugh and the team here in 2005 and think of this office as my second family. As a treatment coordinator, I help our patients get started with their orthodontic treatment by taking X-rays, photos, and impressions. Above all, I make our patients feel comfortable from the first time we see them. I am also bilingual so I can help our patients who don't speak English understand their treatment options and what to expect at their appointments.

When I'm not spending time with my nieces, nephews, mother, and friends, I am at the softball field.

Stephanie - Dental Assistant / SureSmile Coordinator

As an assistant, I enjoy getting to know our patients, and helping them feel comfortable during their treatments. At Dr. Alumbaugh's office, we use an innovative technological tool, called SureSmile, that helps our patients finish treatment faster, and with a more efficient result. I manage the Sure Smile cases and make sure our patients recieve the full benefit of the system.

I am the proud mother of two boys, Aron Jr. and Lorenzo David.  Having two small children makes the smallest of errands big adventures and keep my husband and I on our toes. It's a challenge at times, but a blessing everyday.

Courtney - Dental Assistant

I am the newest addition to Dr. Alumbaugh's office, I graduated from Anthem College for dental assisting and first started here as an intern. Thankfully, I was offered the full-time position as an assistant because I now love orthodontics and my new office family. I work as a clinical assistant, most often caring for our patients at their various appointments. Our patients make the job more enjoyable and fun each and every day. When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, Thomas, and our two dogs Lucy and Lulu.

Sara - Public Relations Consultant

I began working for Dr. Alumbaugh as a chairside assistant in 1997, transitioned to treatment coordinator in 1999, and in 2000, I took on the newly-established position of public relations consultant. My primary focus is representing Dr. Alumbaugh's practice in a courteous and professional manner while building and maintaining friendly, working relationships with various dentists' offices.

My husband and I have two sons, and we spend most of our time involved in baseball and church work.

Maxann - Administrator

I have worked with Dr. Alumbaugh and the team off and on since the practice first opened. Over the years, I have gotten to know many of our patients and their families. It's been wonderful, especially, to see our patients grow up over the years, and start bringing their families to our practice for treatment. We truly are a family practice! I look forward to working with you and your family as we help you achieve the smile you've always wanted.

When I'm not at the practice, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family. I also like settling in and reading a good book, and spending time outside in my garden.
